Have you ever thought of walking with lawn aerator shoes on your lawn? If you didn’t know, there’s a lot of benefits using aerating shoes for the roots. Spiked shoes will penetrate the ground and, allow the nutrients, water and air to get to the roots. On a long term basis, your lawn will be healthier and stronger!
There’s 3 options that you can consider choosing to aerate your soil. You can use a spike aerator, a yard aerator or spike shoes! Usually the spike aerator is the most popular choice, but it may require renting a machine. This year I decided to try the option of studded shoes for one reason, my curiosity. I wanted to give them a chance!

Complete each foot.
Once you’ve finished, you will have a step left, attaching the straps.
Get the strap through the holes to be able to tie them with your shoes.
The Bottom Line
I found that walking as a soldier was the best way to use them. Some of my friends are using them while they mow their lawn. The plastics are really durable and strap holders are doing the job even in hard-packed soil. The strap length is longer then expected but you can easily cut them.
